This experience created by Li Hui showcases the kind of experience I hope to create with my projects. It uses a combination of light and sculpture in order to create an immersive experience in a dark room. Li Hui uses the balance between dark and light to evoke a creepy nightmare feeling, however I plan to use this contrast in order to evoke a dreamscape quality. I think the possibilities with lights is so immense in creating a special atmosphere. Also the use of lights in a dark room allows for the artist to carefully select which aspect of the room they want to place their viewer’s attention on
